Beginner not happy with Durso

Hello , since 2 week I have my new 90 gallon tank up and running. I have to admit I don't like the Durso the way it runs in my tank. It produced way to much air bubbles and micro bubble in the tank. I tried already a couple things like tuning the air or reducing the flow with the valve. Today I tried a complete new design like my LFS in his tanks with no success. Does anybody have another idea or design I can try ? So far Im back to the original set up. In case it helps: It is a 90 gallon , Marieneland , corner drain , 1-1/2 inch top and 1 inch bottom pipe.
