best clean up crew to add with clownfish?

i have a 15 gallon tank and i haven't added anything except live sand to the tank, i'm still waiting for the sand to settle, this is my first time owning a saltwater tank, and i was just wondering what would be the best clean up crew? i was thinking of adding a cleaner shrimp and maybe a goby/gobie, but i feel that it wouldn't be enough? or that it would be a bad pair to add to the tank? i'm a little confused... sorry if i sound like a total dummy lol i just want to know if everything i'm doing is okay.
