Need help with my tank

I have spirobid worms all over the glass and the live rock. I know they aren't a problem just a filter feeder. But I just had a blenny and a mandarin die off within days of eachother recently. My water tested with slight ammonia. So I went home did a water change and siphoned the gravel. Last night I looked and there are three kinda big white almost bug like things and the water is kinda cloudy. So I did a slight water change. The pictures I have of the white things are not that good. And any help would be greatly appreciated. My tank is 29 gallons, has a purple fire fish, two clowns and two shrimp and some hermits.
