Bta not getting enough light?

I added a rose bta about a month ago, it has moved very little and my clownfish host it in turns since its a bit small; however the last couple of days it started streching out quite a bit. My tank is a year and a half old, parameters are on point (0 nitrates or nitrates, ammonia undetectable and .02 ppm phosphates) i have it under leds that run for 10 hours a day. I've had great growth with all my corals so far with both leds sitting at 50% blues and 40% whites, should i ramp up my lights slowly over the coming weeks or wait for my anemone to move to a higher spot where it can get more light. I have attached pics of my bta and other corals, also you might notice its practically sitting on top of my green star polyps.
