Kelvin help

This is a repost I originally posted it in the feeding equipment section but that area doesn't get many visitors. Sooo here it is

Hey guys I just bought some Prime HD lights and they allow me to choose a kelvin setting. I have all softies and wanted to know if anyone can shed knowledge on the best setting to put these on to optimize growth. And yes I do want growth over color for now later on once they are bigger I will switch to a more color enchanting light mode.
