test says tank is cycled after a week?

I set up my 60 gallon tank 10 days ago with 40 pounds live sand and 60 pounds live rock I put two clowns in there for an ammonia source 7 days ago and have been feeding them twice a day everyday. I'm on my third day of using Seachem Stability and my ammonia and nitrites are 0 but my nitrates are a little less then five. Now I know that would mean my tank is cycled but its only been a week. Is it already cycled or should I still let it go for a few weeks?
