so ive searched and searched on here and ain't quite found what im lookin for. so anyways about three or four years ago I bought a used set up, and im about to break it down to put it on a new stand (as soon as I build it, so I got some time) but it came with about a five to six in. deep sand bed in the sum. I don't know how long the guy before me had it. so what im wondering is should I just leave it alone or should I do some maintance to it while I can get to it easily? Ive read a lot of varying beliefs on the subject, so Im just wondering what y'all think. thanks.
