Need some tips on Christmas Tree worms

Picked up a rock with about 5 Christmas Tree worms on it.

LFS said to feed them once a week with Phytofeast.

He suggested 5ML once a week.

Is that enough to broadcast feed a 75G tank?

Any tips I can get would help.
