I've kind of bounced all over the past 3 years, but today makes 3 years since I first started my venture in to reef tanks (my facebook just reminded me). With all of the recent changes I've gone through I thought I would start a new thread for the newest phase of the journey. But first let's rehash where I've been... a little trip down memory lane...
Here is my first tank at the beginning... 10 gallon 5/18/13
This was 11/7/13 a week before my first power outage, I only had a couple of corals, wasn't much, I had struggled keeping my water levels acceptable because I had not invested in an ATO yet and was just learning the basics. I lost the anemone in the power outage but from what I recall everything else survived.
And this was 12/4/13 the last picture I can find before the second power outage that wiped out the rest of my tank (only thing that survived was a pistol shrimp and my duncan)
Here is the first pic I can find after upgrading to the 40B a month or so earlier, this pic was 2/23/14, these three blue/green chromis are still with me and are now my oldest fish after my recent ammonia issues wiping out a few fish after moving rock from my 240 to my 40B at work, the black clown was in this picture too but he just died Sunday/Monday this week but more on that later.
My green star polyps shortly after I bought them... 3/12/14
Green star polyps as they started to cover the rock 6/22/14
More to come...
