2.5 weeks of new tank cycle

Hello,

I already got a lots of help from you guys..really appreciate it!!

Now, going into 2.5 weeks

I think bacteria bloom is gone. Tank is crystal clear. And smell is gone(oh yea)



Ammonia = still high dark green
Nitrate = 40ppm
Nitrate = 20ppm.
Temp 79
Salt= 1.023



Do I need to water change now? What should I expect next?
