General question

I know running a tank is all about taking it slow but i seen i think it was here to speed up the ammonia cycle feed my invisible fish. so i have been doing that for the last 3 days i tested the tank to day

PH 8.2
ammonia 2.0ppm
Nitrite 2.0ppm
nitrate 40ppm

Im not 100% sure what it all means or what the levels should be at
