120 Gallon with Dual Overflows

I have a deal at my local Pet store or at least i think its a deal. He is selling a brand new Deep Blue 120 Gallon Reef Ready Tank Black Dual Overflow 48 X 24 X 24 for $499.00. In anybody's experience are these tanks any good? I already have a stand built and this is the exact size tank i want. I just never here this brand come up in the forums and i do a lot of reading. Anyone have thoughts on whether i should pull the trigger and by it?
