Help with phosphate level confusion

Hi, I have a sailfert phosphate profi test, which says erroneous results can be obtained of you have a high carbonate hardness, and my old (no specifics on age) api 5 in 1 aquarium test strips say its really high. (~200 mgl) What do I trust?
