Phosphate level and using GFO

So today I got a Hannah checker Ultra low range phosphorous. The results came out to be 1ppb when converted to ppm i get 0.003 I Run BRS normal GFO, I followed the instructions from BRS but have now thought about lowering GFO amount or taking it off completely until I actually need it.

Whats are your guys thoughts? Keep it or take it off?
