Moving to a bigger tank

Hi, I currently have a 45g tank that has been up and running for nearly 2 years, with hard and soft corals, live rock and a few fish ( trigger, tang, clown, blenny ) with a 3inch sand bed, it has an external canister filter with bio sponges in, protein skimmer, uv and a phosphate reactor that I run carbon in.

I have ordered a new tank that is 100g and it will be here in 3-4 weeks, so I just wanted to be very prepared and have a plan all written out for when it comes.

The new tank is going to have a refugium so any info on these would be very helpful as I havnt had one before.

I will be adding more live rock aswel

I just needed abit of info on the best way to transfer to the bigger tank so I don't have to go through another cycle and hopefully don't loose any of my corals or fish.

Thanks for your help.

Chris
