I wanted to start a separate thread for this topic. I've been looking at a species tank setup for my next reeftank and have been eyeing angler fish, but have been recommended by a few folks at the LFS and by TRT community to look at a Dwarf fuManchu Lionfish since they can be housed in a 14gal-30gal comfortably provided there's a lot of hidding places.
I'd like to know the following...
*What invertebrates would make excellent tank mates with a fuManchu Lionfish?
*Will fuManchu Lionfish eat cleaner crews? (hermit crabs, snails, starfish, sea urchins, etc.)
*Will fuManchu Lionfish eat skunk cleaner shrimp or fire shrimp?
*Do fuManchu Lionfish eat corals?
*What size tank do infant/small fuManchu Lionfish need?
*Do they eat live food only or are they easily trainable to frozen food?
*Any other information would be much appreciated!
