Hi my corals haven't opened fully for about a week. If started after I did a 50% water change with rodi.
My parameters are all good with calcium 500+
And phosphate, nitrate and nitrite at 0 with a salinity of 1.035.
On the same day of the water change I noticed my 2 actinic bulbs from eBay had totally faded ( won't buy those again) so I switched them with my older much brighter actinics.also I recently got a wp-25 wave maker and was playing with the settings a bit on th same day but now set it to its lowest speed to see if it affected the corals but no change.
What could it be? I have an anenome at the bottom of the tank fully open and thriving with the light and run carbon and gfo so there isn't not warfare between the corals going on.
I do admit that I underfeed my tank could it be because there is not enough nutrients in the water?
