Marine Feeder Shrimp?

So while surfing the web I found this website. With Marine Feeder Shrimp. Here in Chicago also places I've talked to only have Ghost Shrimp.



I have a Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish that does eat frozen Mysis shrimp. However I'd like to give it a treat every now and then.



Thinking about buying these just not sure if its good for them or of its nutrional value.



Not to mention I don't want to just dump 100 Shrimp in the tank and watch it go to town on as many as it can get.



I do have a refugium I could put some in don't think it would hold 100 though.



Any ideas?
