Neon toad stool unhappy?

Hi All,
I have two new toadstools in my 94 gallon tank. The neon green has been closed for days. It used to look like this. The other toad right near it is always open.

Three year old tank. Stable water Params. I attached pics of both for perspective.

Any thoughts?
