New to the group, Hola!

Hi guys I'm new to the group and just wanted to say hi and introuduce myself. I'm Jen. I owned a 75 gallon salt for years but just bought a 120 reef tank. The move was a little brutal on them. I lost 2 sea urchins and 4 fish but somehow my anenomoe is thriving and eating well this morning, I was so happy about that! My mushroom coral seem to be doing ok too. I was hoping to get some suggestions on ways to make the tank quieter? Also does anyone else find a need to use a heater in a reef tank and if so what do they have it set at?
