I have a 55g reef no corals yet but 2 fish, 2 emeralds and 4 hermits and my water is disgusting but all peramiters are fine. I have suspected 2 things. First I have about 10lbs of live rock and live sand. And I don't use ro/di. I know I need to but I am just unable to get one. I am planning to get one in the next few weeks. But at first I've been using tapp water and treated it with seachem prime. But for the last water change I did refrigerator water with seachem prime but I don't know how to get rid of this colored water and need help. thanks allot for the help.
