Sea Anemone Help Please!!!

Good afternoon everyone, I am brand new to "The Reef Tank". I look forward to being part of this community. I have a 10 gallon Nano tank by innovative marine. I ran into a problem that is bothering me involving my Rainbow Bubble Tip Sea Anemone. It has been doing fine for about a month, but yesterday evening after class I walked in and found it shriveled up, when only hours prior it was flowing and moving perfectly. I tested ammonia and Ph, ammonia levels are 0.25ppm and Ph levels 8.2. I am getting the water tested today at 5pm. Please any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you, have a wonderful day.
