Advice on Tank and Fish Transporting

Hi I could use some advice or suggestions on how I can transport my tank and fish. I have a 30 gallon saltwater tank. I have live rock and sand, 2 domino damsels, 1 coral beauty angel, 1 foxface rabbit, 5 emerald crabs in my tank. I will be moving soon and would like to know how i can safely transport everything. I am moving roughly 550 miles away from where I live now and everything I've read says the tank should be moved on first or last trip but obviously that's if you are moving locally and I'm not this will be a one trip affair. Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
