Cyano or Coralline Algae

Hello Folks,

I'm very new to the Hobby and have set up my first Marine Tank. (5+ months, Fish Only) I have Red Algae that seems to be growing out of control on the dry rock etc. Can someone help me confirm if this is Cyano, Coralline, or some other type of out break?

I've tried taking it off with a toothbrush but it's pretty stubborn to remove.
