I’m back!!

Well it’s been a while. Had to tear down my 100g peninsula tank to renovate my basement and sell my house. Finally settled in at new place and got a 32 biocube led up and running cycled etc... my question is about a UV sterilizer. Can I run the after my gfo reactor inline? I probably won’t run it full time but when needed.
Here’s a picture. Ditom algae just about done eating up silicates in my sand. Lol
