Bubble Tip vs. Snowflake Eel

We have a Snowflake Eel and just purchased a bubble tip. Our question is will the eel eat the anemone or vice versa? We know that the bubble tip wanders and we can't find him...mind you...we haven't torn the take apart to find him yet...because we don't want to rock the world of the other's in the tank. He (Willy) hasn't eaten any of our fish so not concerned about that, but from what I've read bubbly (bubble tip) and willy can possibly hurt each other so we're concerned if we should tear it apart or wait a couple days?
