Black Box Led 10 Gallon Nano

I was wondering if a black box led will be fine for a 10 gallon. I know its a overkill but I think I can dim them to make it work. I want to avoid buying expensive lights for a 10 gallon and upgrade later and I wont be able to use them. Your input is much appreciated.
