Red Bubble Tip all of a sudden moving around

Hey guys!

I have a 75 gallon tank, all water tests seem to be where I want them, but my Red Bubble Tip who was in the same spot for about 5 months is moving all over the place. I came home today and he had moved onto the casing to my overflow directly in front of a power head. He was getting TONS of water flow which I imagine isn't good. Any ideas?
