I added a Spotted Foxface on 2-24-17. At first he was very shy and hid in the live rock the first day or so. He camouflaged often and seemed a bit scared, especially if anyone was close to the tank. After a couple of days he got more brave, and after a week he was greeting me for food and out most of the time.
About 3-4 days ago he went back to the way he was when I first got him. He seems healthy and is eating, but is not out swimming around like he was when he got comfortable. Nothing has changed. I haven't added any other livestock to the tank and the water parameters are exactly as they have been for months.

Is it normal for this behavior?
