Bought expensive Planted Lights. Can I use for saltwater?

Hi this is my first post, thanks for reading :)

So here's the situation, I went on a trip to California. While there I saw these led lighting on deal, it was normally 300 got it for 240. I bought it.

After my trip home, I set up the lights. I then realized the box said Planted Aquarium Lighting System. It's a Marineneland 18"-24" Led bar. The cycle is: 9pm blue, 11pm blue and white, 12pm white, 8pm blue, 10pm all off. This is what I remember, may not be 100 percent correct.

My question is,
Can I still use these on my saltwater tank?
Will it effect the fish with the cycle?
The blue lighting is REALLY blue. Is this normal lighting for saltwater?
What are the differences between freshwater and saltwater Leds?
Can I modify these lights to work for saltwater?
