Goby vs Clownfish

My clownfish have been hanging out on the rock above my goby and pistol shrimps home. Last night my goby came all the way out of his burrow. My clownfish bit off the tip of my gobys fin! Luckily my pistol shrimp came out and scared off the clownfish. But they haven't left the borrow since. Will the aggression stop? Also, I should mention it,s a yasha goby and a Ocellaris clownfish.
