Favorite macro algae for Display Tank?

Hi all,
My 2.5 month old 220 is running well, went through a brief diatom bloom and bacterial bloom, now it’s been sitting pretty for a couple weeks with coralline algae starting to grow. So here’s my question, it’s still fairly young tank so I’m going to let it "rest" for a couple months with the 8 tiny fish (5 chromis, 2 firefish, and 1 royal gramma) and small clean-up crew, but I wanted to grow some macro algae in the display tank. (It’s going to be a FOWLR tank). I have chaeto in the fuge along w some grape caulerpa (came mixed in w the chaeto) and some blade caulerpa (prolifera). I put some of the prolifera in the DT for some more life/color, but heard its all bad news bears if you put the grape variety in the display... so what else can grow nicely/easily and is moderately easy to contain, doesn’t go sexual etc. for the DT? I’m new at this and I don’t know about the stonier macros, how much they grow, the calcium, alk etc. additives recommended or if they are necessary… so maybe just less complicated ones? What are the favorites for the DT?

The lights are 50/50 T5s that run about 12 hrs a day and I leave the blue moonlights on as well during the day bc the coralline really colored up beautifully when I did it by accident. Then night is about 12 hrs in DT while the refuigium light comes on. Tank is 30 inches deep with a 2 inch sand bed and liverock that goes from 0-20 inches high.
Thank you!!!!
