Aptasia in new tank different solutions

I bought established live rock years old, with coral line, and tons of life, but doing that I also got some aptasia. I have about 4-5 small little aptasia in my tank. I saw some people recommend hydrogen peroxide but after some more research not sure that's a good idea, I did that on some and it killed them. However, every time you go towards it with a needle wont it spore off and create new ones when it feels threatened? When you use peppermint shrimp wont that cause the aptasia to do the same thing? Also I know aptasia x and lemon juice and all sorts of options, but all seem to have some down falls.
