Proper LED Par 30 38 bulbs for 10 gallon tank

The consensus on proper lighting is all across the board from spectrum to bulbs to intensity. It's ridiculous to make sense of it all. Right now I have a Coral Compulsion bulb with 90 degree lenses with a full spectrum option on a 10g tank that is 20" wide, standard. I've gotten very limited growth although the corals are fine. Some of them open very large but don't reproduce, such as multiple zoas and palys that have stayed the same for months, even dead center under the light.

Ask elsewhere what kelvin is important and you'll get 100 answers. This bulb has 7 LEDs which apparently is 2Watt for 14 watts. Originally it was for a 5 gallon but the brightness levels are actually sufficient to illuminate the tank reasonably bright as any I've seen photos. 24W looks like a lot of wattage for such a small tank, yet I've heard others say you should use two bulbs (probably for spread) and others quoting super high numbers. Personally I think that's a bad idea because you'll get coral bleach and also significant algae growth.

There are options to buy these Chinese bulbs to experiment since they are cheap and much the same (although the lenses are usually 60 degrees and the spectrum choices are limited and often include supposedly useless spectrum like green which is just for aesthetics and not the benefit of the corals for growth and maintenance.) Curious to know what you guys do.
