Massive NoPox Overdose

Hello all,
I'm brand new to a reef tank...I had a ton of equipment given to me and I always wanted a reef tank, so here I am! I've learned quite alot from you folks here and thank you for all your advice, and my first post here is about an accident, I hope you can help me out. Here's the background...

40 Gal corner tank with live sand and 55 lbs fiji live rock. It's only six weeks old, first mistake was I went with tap water and had high phosphates. Ammonia and nitrite levels went down, diatoms bloomed, coraline started out, did weekly 10% water changes with RO/DI after the third week. Copepods started coming out. Put in a blue legged hermit and a mexican turbo to start, began dosing NoPox to keep the phosphates down. Added red macroalgae to the display. Waited a week before two more margarita snails, skunk and fire shrimp and an emerald crab. Then I got the white algae bloom that freaked me out until I read that it was perfectly normal.

Before I get into the event, I'm running a wet/dry sump with a CPR back pack skimmer, one power head behind the LR for max flow. Started out with the bio balls, then I took them out after I added the shrimp/crab (which probably contributed to the white bloom) and put a couple lbs of LR and some chaeto to create a refugium. Everything was going perfect until I went out of town and left (what I thought was) specific instructions to my 16 year old boy on the correct dosing of the NoPox. Here's what happened...

I came home and noticed the NoPox bottle was empty. Come to find out, instead of the 2.5 ml dose he was supposed to put in the sump, he dumped 2.5 CUPS into it. Disaster...

Lost the skunk shrimp first. Red macro started turning white, took that out. Did a 25% water change, glass walls started getting some white slime. Gave the fire shrimp some frozen brine shrimp, that didn't help, lost him the next day. Noticed a little odor but I can't tell if that's from the OD or not. Did another 25% WC the next day, water still a little cloudy and LR has some white buildup on certain spots. Some of the hitchhiker growth I had is starting to lose a little color and wither up and there's some large white flakes that shoot out when I start the pumps back up. Added two Nassarius snails and two more margaritas. Cleaned off most of the white slime but there's still a good amount left. Tested the water, here's what I got:

PH- 7.8
Ammonia- .10
Nitrites/Nitrates- 0
Calcium- 440
Salinity- 1.025
Phosphates- .25
Alkilinity- 0
Magnesium- 1600

Got my Coralife light on from 7P-12A and a grow light on the refugium, alternating times. Skimmer is running wet now and pulling out all sorts of stuff. No fish/coral/anemones yet until this thing gets stabilized.

My big question is...WHAT THE HELL DO I DO NOW????

I saw my emerald out earlier, but haven't seen him lately. I'm wondering if he bit the dust too and I have to start all over again. Did this tank crash and is it salvageable???

Thanks to anyone who has thoughts on this...
