Another Reef Octopus Skimmer going bonkers...

Alright, all of a sudden my reef octopus skimmer went bonkers skimming very wet and filled my cup in a matter of minutes and began bubbling out the top holes.

It was running fine till today after I removed the cup and cleaned it of nice skimmate. The cleaning was actually yesterday but today it just went bonkers.

I've tried the adjuster between min and max to no avail as such :( Help

I adjust, plug back in , it overflows, I adjust again, plug back in, and it overflows...arrrggghh
