Reef Octopus after bread in period

I have had my bh2000 running for a year now. And the past 2 weeks I have been getting a lot of micro bubbles. Cleaned the foam rings around the outlet adjusted the inlet and outlet cups. It was just all of a sudden. Not missing any creatures that may have crawled in there. Any suggestions or modifications?
