Been battling this for a few months. Never really taken over or anything. But just a constant nuisance. Any help?
Trying to get a photo but tough to shrink only using my phone. Starts as a red dust, almost diatom looking, but then goes red and will Grow a thick hair structure, not lots of hairs, but one large one. It's not dino, no bubbles.
40 gallon breeder. Running an MP10 and just put a koralia in there to add flow to the back. Mixed reef, LPS, soft, SPS, anemone with clowns hosting, all healthy. Running GFO and/or carbon all the time.
The only thing I haven't done is taken out the sand bed. It is about 15 months old. I clean it, but I want to go bare bottom and may just go for it.
Any help appreciated, will try to work on a photo.
