Bacterial Fallow Period?

Recently had an outbreak in one of my QT tanks. Nothing serious but one of my wrasses had a cloudy eye and a discolored patch on his skin. I'm treating with Furan 2 and fish is on the mend. My question is that before I started treatment I moved some corals to another QT tank. So my question is, can that coral carry the bacterial disease to the display? Is there a fallow period like there is with ICK?
