anemones turned brown

hello my name is rich, I'm very new to the hobby. I've had my tank up for 4 months all of my parameter are good.. i bought an pink tip anemone from my lfs it looked very healthy it was a cream color with pink tips. after i got it home it looked tan, the tentacle weren't as long. is this normal? i just bought a fluval led
