There are a handful of reef forums out there, some bigger, some smaller.
I think TRT stands out by being non-judgmental, friendly, and truly on a mission to help. And helping does not mean just newbies, but also helping experienced aquarists, because we never stop learning, no one knows everything, and no question is dumb here.
We have our arguments and we have our bad days. Sometimes we get spam or trolls. Sometimes we have a frustrating conversations that makes us want to tear our hair out. Sometimes we have technical difficulties that take a while to solve. But always...always... TRT is our "reef family". Log in every day and see familiar names, and names that will soon become familiar. If it's your first post or your 7,000 you get the same respect and welcome.
