unidentified worm

In the Process of moving up to a 90g in my 30 sitting on the floor i found this red pinkish worm and this blue one (yeah really a blue one). I can not find the identification of this worm on my search and need some help. I was planing to use the same rock but if this worm is a problem /sigh

The worms were swimming in the water are red/pink i only saw one blue

Size about 6 cm long / thickness was about 2cm
