Hi everyone i am new to the forum, need advice for a situation:
I had just bought a pair of yellow coral banded shrimps added to my tank yesterday, had some fun watching (finding) them all night.
When i m looking and looking i also find a small crab hiding in my rocks.
I've read all the shot glass or tall glass methods to catch the crab, but now i also had a cleaner shrimp and 2 yellow banded shrimps in the tank, if i put bait in the glass, i am afraid all the shrimps will also go in, either finish the bait, or get the crab in the trap together with the shrimps.
The yellow banded shrimps look so weak and slow no chance of running away from the crab if they are all in the trap.
what can i do? the crab will go hunting my yellow shrimps anytime now.
(and no, now getting the shrimps out of the tank is just as hard as getting the crab out i suppose...)
And advice is appreciated.
