Hello from Louisiana

Hello everyone. I am a new seahorse owner and was curious to know of a resource that explains some of the typical (and not so typical) behaviors. Sometimes they turn bright white, sometimes striped like a zebra, and one in the tank actually looked like a faint prism or rainbow a few times. One of them seems like he is dancing at times. The other thrashed around wildly this morning. I am kind of a behavior geek, but I cannot find any good info on the internet. Additionally, my exotic animal/fish professor wasn't familiar enough with seahorse behavior. Thanks for any answers or guidance.
