Led for 10 gallon reef

I'm am currently setting up a 10 gallon reef and was wondering on lighting.

I have 20 LEDs 10 blue 10 white and 2 dimmable drivers left over from my last build. Would this be overkill on a tank that size? Also could I use all of them if k keep them at a lower power such as like 50%?
