Ok so here is the tank that was just delivered to me for 30$ and some pulled chicken. As I expected it's not in the best condition. I can tell it's an older one because the frame has begun shrinking and because of that it's broken in a few places. So I'd like to know what you guys think as far as damage and if I should refurbish first rather then test my luck any further. I do think I wanna refurbish it first as I like nice things.

Does anyone know the cost of getting a tank like this re-sealed? The previous owner said it didn't leak, but money makes people lie. I just put 5g water in it to test out the corner in question.
There are three main faults in the tank, IMO the caulk is in bad condition. There is a shrinkage crack along the top and one corner is in bad shape. Here are some pics.
