White stringy stuff in fish tank???????

I need help. :help::help::help::help::help::help: :banana::banana::worm::worm::worm::dance::jester: :fish: There's this white stringy stuff in fish tank, I can't get rid of it! :doh::confused: I exchange all the water and clean the tank out multiple times, and the next day or two it's back. It's not algae or bacteria bloom (is that what you call it?), so pls help ur fish fam out and tell us how to get rid of it. Will add pictures soon i think.
