Need some advice for a beginner

Hey all, sorry for being such a noob, with so much conflicting info online would like to speak to people with established tanks.

I'm currently running a juwel sea skim protein skimmer with a 100w heater and filter on a 120l tank with live sand and 12kg of live rock. I'm currently using aqua vitro seed bacteria to get some bacteria going in the tank as instructed on the back of the bottle. It's been running for 5 days ( no lights on apart from the odd 20mins to check on tank)

3 questions followed with picks.

1) does the protein skimmer look right, I've seen many different set ups on YouTube and online and does it look like it's running correctly level of skim ( I know the top is off I wanted a clearer photo)

2) micro bubbles. Is this OK to have at the moment, I know my protein skimmer has not yet broke in however it doesn't seem to be slowing down, I have tried adjusting the airflow and water pressure but to have to micro bubbles the skim doesn't even go 1/3 up the catch cup.

3) air bubbles and pockets all over the live rock. Is this normal for a tank to start establishing as I've read it's bad in some threads and good in others.

Again sorry for the long post, I'm just egar to learn and set my tank up correctly without any catastrophes and like to do things correct.

Thanks all
