pop up from tbaquatics.com asking for username and password

When I went to the main forum index from Today's Posts
a log in window popped up that said
"The server tbaquatics.com is asking for your username and password.
The server reports that it is from Coming Soon!.

Don't know what is going on but every time I go to the main forum page it pops up.

Windows 7 professional
Internet Explorer 11 11.0.51

I just checked it does not do it in Firefox.
