What is this?

Hello All:
I just found this weird black thing in my tank. It looks like a sea urchin, but I do not have any of them. I have not added anything other than a cleaner shrimp and two cardinals in weeks.
I have attached the best pics I can. It's about dime sized, does not move and does not seem to bother any of my animals.
